Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking Pipefitters for an onsite contract in Beltsville, Maryland. Candidates must have at least 3 years of pipefitting experience, read blueprints, and be able to support preventive and corrective maintenance.

A valid driver's license and OSHA 30 are required; USDA LincPass and background check apply for security clearance. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing pipefitting duties and responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipefitting for facility maintenance and repair work

• Possess a thorough understanding of plumbing and repairs.
• Possess analytical skills necessary to recognize, diagnose, and, within limits, repair equipment and system malfunctions.

ICMS is looking for Pipefitters to join our team onsite for a contract in Beltsville, Maryland. Successful candidates should be able to support maintenance activities with pipefitting services and have experience in large industrial setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform pipefitting for facility maintenance and repair work
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance and occasional after hours/ weekend emergency response.
• Possess a thorough understanding of plumbing and repairs.
• Possess analytical skills necessary to recognize, diagnose, and, within limits, repair equipment and system malfunctions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing pipefitting duties and responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
• OSHA 30 Training

Security Clearance:

All contractor personnel must attain and maintain a USDA LincPass and pass a background check; personnel must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents.

Job Type:

Non-Exempt, Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)

Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.

Hourly Pay

$33.08 per hour
