Responsibilities

• Instruct welding-related classroom courses including Workmanship, AWPSS and Safety Briefs.
• Instruct pipe-related classroom courses.
• Provide quality oversight of supplier embedded instructors.
• Direct and assess hands-on training with practice and tests.
• Enforce safety rules during training and audits.
• Assess student performance and identify non-conformances.
• Support course content reviews and related activities.
• Manage class rosters and training paperwork.
• Meet with Focus Factory leadership on student performance.
• Grade tests and quizzes to ensure knowledge capture.
