Job summary

Branch's Civil Division is seeking a skilled Pipe Layer to prepare and install underground pipelines for road projects. The role reports to the Pipe Foreman and requires diligent, team-oriented work in a growing company.

The position involves heavy physical labor, operating tools, and ensuring work adheres to safety programs and project specifications. Local site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of underground pipe laying experience.
• 2–4 years of road construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pipe laying techniques.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install sanitary and storm sewer structures and pipe systems.
• Lay out pipe routes per specifications or blueprints.
• Cut pipes to required lengths and assist in aligning pipes.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints.
• Grade and level trench bases and ensure safety compliance.
