Job summary

CK Contractors and Development LLC is seeking a Pipe Layer to join our field team servicing the Savannah area. The role involves assembling, connecting, and constructing storm sewer and water main pipes, aligning joints and ensuring proper flow in trenches.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and fitting pipe segments, sealing joints, and maintaining equipment with a strong emphasis on safety. Occasional overtime and travel within the project radius are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pipeline experience.
• Ability to read plans or blueprints and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of sewer systems, storm drains and water mains.
• Strong safety awareness and policy adherence.
• Willingness to travel and overtime as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, connect, and construct pipe systems.
• Install sanitary and storm sewer structures in trenches.
• Check slopes and align pipes for proper flow.
• Seal joints using cement, glue, or welding.
• Maintain equipment and keep records; ensure safety.
