Qualifications

• Must be physically fit for demanding pipe-laying work.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to work at diverse locations and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Balance, depth perception, and eye-hand coordination are critical.

Responsibilities

• Cut pipes to required lengths using saws and power tools.
• Install and repair wet/dry utility pipes including sanitary and storm sewer systems.
• Move pipe into trenches and begin backfill as needed.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints to pass pressure tests.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and maintain safety.
• Maintain equipment and report usage hours daily.
