Job summary

The TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor in Mississippi to lead daily activities and ensure work aligns with project timelines, plans, and safety standards. You will coordinate crews, materials, and equipment with project management to optimize productivity and quality.

You will inspect sites, maintain records, and lead toolbox talks to communicate scope, plans, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
Ability to plan tasks safely and supervise crew.
Good communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management to organize crew, materials, and equipment.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment and sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
May assist in developing a weekly schedule and in carrying out sequence of activities for assigned crew.
Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality.
Ensure safety of crew and conduct operations according to safety rules.
Lead toolbox meetings and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
Monitor compliance with company policies.
Continuously check the work of crew and adjust as required.
Prioritize workload within budget.
