Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and codes on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all on-site workers, equipment and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget.
• Read plans and specifications to install water, sewer and drainage systems as required.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct daily/weekly safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate activities with the Superintendent and Project Managers, reporting issues affecting plans.
• Monitor attendance, allocate tasks, and ensure proper training and orientation for new hires.
