Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, assisting crane operation, checking pipe conformity, and ensuring quality through testing. The job requires HS diploma, basic math, manual dexterity, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience with operating automated equipment preferred.
• 1 year of 25-ton overhead crane operation is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and flushing operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep tubes free of debris.
• Back-up for 25 Ton Crane, Cut-Off Operator and Straightener Operator.
• Monitor machinery and communicate malfunctions to supervisor.
• Ensure blow out machinery operates efficiently and flushes water adequately.
• Mark pipes for flattening tests and manage run-out packaging.
