Position: Boilermaker (NCCER preferred) with Deluge Systems/Bolt Up/Screw Pipe experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance services, install pipes, fittings, valves, and piping systems.
• Inspect and repair boiler components, towers, and exchangers in industrial settings.
• Maintain job site documentation, including job time sheets and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working at heights.
• Assist with installation/removal of blinds for pressure testing.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, impact wrenches, and line-up pins for installation tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of boilermaker experience in fire protection, petrochemical, or oil refinery industries (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment/tools up to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screenings, including plant security and breathalyzer tests.
• Work in industrial environments, exposed to weather, chemicals, high pressure, and noise.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NCCER certification in Pipefitting/Boilermaker (preferred).
• Current TWIC card.
