Total Safety is seeking Boilermakers (NCCER preferred) with Deluge Systems/Bolt Up/Screw Pipe experience to provide maintenance services, install pipes, fittings, valves, and piping systems, and perform repairs and inspections on boiler components. The role involves working with towers and exchangers in industrial settings to ensure proper operation.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain job site documentation, such as timesheets and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe fitting skills.
• Work in challenging positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working at heights up to forty feet.
• Work flexible shifts and travel as needed to meet installation schedules.
• Install and tighten bolts on flange connections and manways per ISO drawings.
• Assist with installation/removal of blinds for pressure testing.
• Handle pipefittings, bolts, valves, and assemble piping systems according to specifications.
• Use impact wrenches, wrenches, and line-up pins for installation tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of boilermaker experience in fire protection, petrochemical, or oil refinery industries preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment/tools up to forty pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening, including UA, hair follicle, and breathalyzer tests.

Working Environment:

Industrial or shop settings, with exposure to wet, humid, outdoor conditions, vibration, chemicals, and high-pressure environments. Noise levels are usually moderate.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NCCER certification in Pipefitting/Boilermaking preferred.
• Current TWIC card.
