Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced construction professional to supervise underground utility installation crews in Helena, MT. You will lead safety‑driven field work, read blueprints, coordinate daily activities, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality goals.

The role requires travel, ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, and familiarity with Davis Bacon wage guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground wet utilities installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs and drawings.
• Safety minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel outside Helena, MT as needed.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite crews and provide direction for daily work.
• Plan schedules, requisition materials, and assign priorities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records, logs, time tickets, and safety documentation.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings to guide work.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and site safety practices.
