Victoria’s Secret is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience on the floor, coaching associates and guiding execution of brand standards in Mount Hope, WV. As a Brand Leader, you will work with Store Manager to oversee talent decisions, reporting, and daily operations, ensuring alignment with the Brand’s direction and store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors align with the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Own category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports may include PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead and direct the business in higher volume or more complex environments.
