About the Role

As a Principal Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will shape and execute HCP-focused marketing strategies that drive provider engagement, accelerate therapy adoption, support commercial growth objectives, and strengthen MiniMed's leadership position in diabetes care. Through integrated marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement, advocacy partnerships, and field marketing programs, you will help healthcare professionals deliver optimal patient outcomes while contributing to revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and execute healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and utilization of MiniMed therapies and technologies
  • Create and manage HCP-facing materials and campaigns across print, digital, email, web, social media, and sales enablement channels
  • Partner with clinical, medical education, sales, and reimbursement teams to develop customer‑centric programs that support commercial objectives and therapy adoption
  • Lead the development of promotional and non‑promotional content for HCP audiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Support product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives by creating integrated HCP engagement plans that accelerate market penetration and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with field sales and clinical teams to identify market opportunities, address barriers to adoption, and optimize customer experiences throughout the HCP journey
  • Develop tools, resources, and communications that support advocacy‑building efforts with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional societies, and patient advocacy organizations
  • Manage HCP-focused digital marketing programs, including website content, email nurture campaigns, webinars, virtual events, social media initiatives, and marketing automation
  • Support strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, professional associations, and advocacy groups to expand brand presence and strengthen customer relationships
  • Drive demand generation initiatives that contribute to new patient starts, prescribing growth, and market share expansion
  • Translate customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing strategies that support revenue growth and commercial performance
Must Have Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of marketing and or strategy experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of marketing and or strategy experience
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Finance
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
  • Proficiency creating and delivering executive‑level presentations
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across functions, geographies, and levels in a highly matrixed, cross functional environment
  • Familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, and business case development for organic and inorganic growth opportunities
  • Experience developing HCP marketing campaigns for medical device, diabetes, digital health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology products
  • Demonstrated success supporting commercial growth objectives, product launches, therapy adoption, and market share expansion
  • Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement strategies, omnichannel customer journeys, and demand generation best practices
  • Experience working with advocacy organizations, professional medical associations, and key opinion leaders
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, and lead management platforms
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, patient access pathways, and prescribing workflows

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$109,000.00-$185,000.00 For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $121,000.00 - $205,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
