Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly experienced PIM Specialist to join our Solution Engineering team. The role focuses on Informatica Product 360 / PIM, discovery, demos, and technical solutioning across ERP and DAM ecosystems.

You will own the narrative, engage both business and technical stakeholders, and help customers solve complex product data challenges with multilingual localization and data governance at the center of our approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8–10 years of experience in PIM/MDM.
• Hands-on experience with Product 360 or similar PIM platforms and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data governance, enrichment, and localization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling demos and discovery for PIM-centric opportunities.
• Drive integration scenarios with ERP, DAM, and SAP/Salesforce ecosystems.
• Articulate value and differentiation in a competitive PIM landscape.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders; act as trusted advisor to account teams.
• Collaborate to build enablement assets and share knowledge with the SE community.
• Lead as a narrative owner to drive outcomes and successful engagements.
