Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to join our Solution Engineering team. You will own discovery, demos, and technical solutioning for PIM opportunities, focusing on Informatica Product 360 and related platforms, across field projects.

You’ll work with ERP, DAM, multilingual workflows, and API integrations, presenting to business and technical stakeholders, and supporting RFPs, POCs, and on-site engagements while sharing knowledge with the SE community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science with 8–10 years' experience in PIM/MDM/product data management.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Product 360 and other PIM platforms (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, Riversand, Syndigo).
• Strong understanding of product data modeling, attribute management, hierarchies, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver story-driven demos tailored to e-commerce and PIM use cases across fields.
• Work with ERP, DAM, multilingual workflows, and product hierarchy management.
• Present to both business and technical stakeholders and support RFPs/POCs/onsite engagements.
• Collaborate as a team player and contribute to the SE community.
