Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist SE to join our Solution Engineering team. You’ll own discovery, demos, competitive positioning, and technical solutioning for PIM opportunities across the field, with a focus on Informatica Product 360, MDM, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in product data modeling, data governance, and PIM-related domains.
• Ability to present to business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica Product 360, MDM, or equivalent PIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling, story-driven demos tailored to customer use cases (e-commerce, digital asset management, product data governance).
• Work with complex data architectures—ERP integrations, digital asset management, multilingual localization workflows, and product hierarchy management.
• Articulate value and differentiation using competitive knowledge of the PIM landscape (e.g. Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, Riversand, Syndigo).
• Present to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted advisor for account teams, supporting RFPs, POCs, and onsite engagements.
• Collaborate with the SE community to share knowledge and enablement assets.
