Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced PIM Specialist SE to lead discovery, demos, and technical solutioning for Product 360 and related PIM opportunities across the field. You will own the narrative, differentiate through competitive knowledge, and guide RFPs, POCs, and onsite engagements.

Ideal candidates have a BS in CS with 8–10 years in product data modeling, PIM platforms, ERP/DAM integrations, and multilingual data workflows, enabling successful multi‑domain implementations for clients.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with PIM/MDM platforms and Product 360.
• Strong data modeling skills including hierarchies, variants, and BOM.
• Experience integrating ERP, DAM, and storefront content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling demos and discovery for PIM-centric opportunities.
• Articulate value and differentiation using competitive PIM knowledge.
• Support RFPs, POCs, and onsite engagements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams; build enablement assets and contribute to SE community.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders in multi‑system contexts.
• Own narrative and drive outcomes for product data challenges.
