Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist SE to join our Solution Engineering team. You will own discovery, demos, and technical storytelling for PIM opportunities, focusing on Informatica Product 360 and related integrations across ERP, DAM, and multilingual workflows.

You’ll work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), DAM platforms, and REST/SOAP APIs to craft compelling demos that align business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Informatica Product 360, MDM, or equivalent PIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of product data modeling — attributes, hierarchies, families, variants, BOM, and bundles.
• Data governance frameworks: quality rules, workflows, approvals, and completeness scoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, demos, and technical solutioning for PIM-centric opportunities.
• Present to both business and technical stakeholders; articulate Informatica's value in PIM.
• Support RFPs, POCs, and onsite engagements with a trusted advisor mindset.
