Job summary

Inpro is seeking a skilled professional to own and administer the PIMLY platform, coordinating data collection from Product, Development, Marketing, and other teams. You will create and refine PDP content, manage product images and documents, and ensure data quality and consistency across digital channels.

You will also support ecommerce optimization, SEO compliance, and website analytics to drive conversion and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience with product information management (PIM) or product data systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (PM, Development, Marketing).
• Strong focus on data quality, governance, and consistency across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the PIMLY platform and lifecycle management of product content.
• Coordinate data collection and updates from product, marketing, and other teams.
• Create and optimize PDP content, including product descriptions, attributes, specifications, and documentation.
• Manage digital assets and ensure assets meet branding and ecommerce standards.
• Ensure SEO, discoverability, and compliance with ecommerce guidelines and Google Merchant Center.
• Monitor website content updates, analytics, and conversions to improve user experience.
