Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for Product Information Management (PIM) to own the technical health and evolution of our PIM platforms in a complex retail environment. You will lead integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, PLM, and data governance while partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure data quality and platform performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years supporting enterprise applications in a retail, eCommerce, or distribution environment.
7+ years implementing, administering, or supporting PIM platforms.
Experience with SaaS and cloud-based enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical owner for enterprise PIM applications and related technologies.
Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex system, integration, and data issues.
Lead technical implementation and enhancement projects for PIM platforms.
Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, PLM, and data sources.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate ITIL-aligned incident and change management.
