Job summary

The candidate should have AS (engineering/quality/manufacturing) with BS preferred, and experience in PFMEA, control plans, and capability studies; strong problem solving and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T and specs.
• Experience with statistical techniques and quality tools.
• Knowledge of control plans, PFMEA and process capability studies.
• Experience working in a project team environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design/process compatibility of existing parts and products.
• Use control plans and PFMEA to maintain process control and mitigate risk.
• Track resolutions of supplier quality/productivity problems.
• Procure inspection/test equipment for production areas.
• Supervise quality process control and audit personnel.
• Support new design introduction to meet engineering specs.
• Drive accountability and KPI-driven action item execution.
• Foster a culture of quality by engaging employees at the source.
