• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues impacting objectives.
• Monitor pilot performance and validate process capability, quality, safety.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication plans.
• Support equipment installation, process validation, training, and readiness.
• Coordinate transition of pilots into full-scale manufacturing.
