Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a Project Manager, Pilot Programs to lead manufacturing pilot initiatives, coordinating between operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain and production. You will ensure validation of new products, processes, and equipment prior to full-scale launches, while managing risks, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong PM skills, problem solving, and communication, with travel to customer sites and industrial plants as

Qualifications

• 5-9 minimum years in manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Experience leading launches, pilot programs, processes, or transfers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Lean, APQP, PFMEA, and CI methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing pilot programs from planning to launch.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production).
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; resolve issues impacting objectives.
• Monitor pilot performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standards.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive reviews.
