Yoh presents a long-term opportunity for a Pilot Plant Tech Transfer – Team Associate I in Waltham, MA. The role supports pilot scale manufacturing, lab activities, and equipment management within a major pharmaceutical setting.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) and have 1+ year in a lab, with a flexible, results-driven mindset to adapt to project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering)
• 1+ years of experience in laboratory preferred
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver

Responsibilities

• Assist the DP Pilot Team with pilot scale manufacturing operations and lab management activities.
• Work hands-on to produce mid-scale mRNA and LNP batches.
• Assist in lab activities such as buffer optimization/preparation, filtration studies, new technologies evaluation etc.
• Assist in inventory management of RMs, consumables, and drug products.
• Assist in equipment management.
• Clean, set up, and sanitize large-scale process equipment.
• Document process equipment and operating parameters using an electronic notebook.
• Documentation support.
