Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator for a 12+ month contract position in Ridgefield, CT. The role supports pilot plant campaigns, working with technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment challenges, with emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

The successful candidate will gain proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations, while adhering to GMP procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
• Experience with GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
• Possess effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead of a senior technician in pilot plant campaigns.
• Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment related challenges.
• Assist the lead technician in communicating batch status with chemists and analytical teams.
• Complete all required training before the due date.
• Participate in group activities and meetings.
• Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
• Follow all procedures, including the proper use of defined PPE.
• Report all incidents, such as spills, exposures, or injuries, to management.
• Conduct all operations and activities with safety as the primary goal.

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator for a contract position with a Pharmaceutical Company located in Ridgefield, CT. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves supporting pilot plant campaigns by working with technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment-related challenges. The ideal candidate will become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations, while adhering to all safety and GMP procedures.

Pay range: up to $23.57 per hour
