Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in a related technical field.
- 3–5 years in chemical manufacturing, pilot plant, or batch operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate pilot-scale processing equipment to support development, scale-up, and new product introduction.
- Execute chemical batch processes including charging, monitoring, sampling and operation.
- Support pilot trials by collecting data and documenting results.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to optimize processes and troubleshoot.
- Assist with scale-up from development to commercial production.
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and laboratory samples.
- Start up / shut down / clean and inspect equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Follow safety, environmental, quality, and SOPs and participate in site safety programs.
