Job summary

You will coordinate with unit owners, monitor daily operations, and assist with operator certification content and formats. Relevant experience in R&D or petrochemical environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years in Operations in a R&D or petrochemical/refinery environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with Operators and Owners.
• Ability to develop and improve operational procedures and training content.
• Experience with Process Safety activities such as PHAs and MOCs.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Process Hazard Analyses, Management of Change, and Incident Investigations.
• Develop and update procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Support HSSE and site Process Owners to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Operators to ensure operator qualification programs.
• Create eLearning content for Operations training.
• Serve as site ATR Smart Procedures system administrator backup.
• Contribute to Process Safety and Operational Excellence teams.
• Provide supervision as needed for Operations Supervisor.
