Primient is seeking a Pilot Plant Chemical Engineer to provide technical support across Global Operations and lead projects to reduce cost and improve operations. You will act as a change agent for CI programs and help develop capabilities of people and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a BS in Chemical Engineering, 0–5 years of industrial experience (GMP preferred), and willingness to travel up to 20%. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• 0–5 years of industrial experience, preferably GMP environment.
• New graduates accepted.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations.
• Lead process improvements projects, including setup, design, and experiments at bench and pilot scale.
• Evaluate and interpret experimental results.
• Provide economic analysis of current and future concepts and technologies.
• Communicate with stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Train technicians and project team members on equipment use and data analysis.
• Collaborate to ensure transfer from pilot plant to production and document KPIs.
• Analyze opportunities and plan actions around process improvement ideas.
• Foster collaborative learning and manage project pipeline.
• Travel up to 20%, mainly for North America operations.
