Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking qualified pilots for a Challenger 3500 based at Allegheny, PA. The PIC holds final responsibility to ensure the aircraft is operated safely and in compliance while delivering an exceptional service experience for owners and passengers.

Ideal candidates have corporate aviation experience, an FAA type rating, and meet the minimum flight-time requirements (Total 3500 hours, PIC 2000 hours, MEL 500).

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet required
• Total flight time of 3500 hours with PIC experience requested
• PIC MEL: 500 hours, MEL: 1500 hours, Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet experience and prioritization of safety and customer service are essential

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of flight and compliance with SOPs
• Complete flight planning, performance, and weight & balance for each mission
• Lead briefings using CRM and TEM methodologies
• Maintain regulatory training and company SMS compliance
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and passengers and resolve deviations
