BODYBAR Pilates in Lenexa/Overland Park, KS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead membership sales, manage the sales team, and oversee daily studio operations. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM or membership management software is a plus.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead all membership sales to meet monthly revenue and membership goals.
• Develop weekly sales strategies and improve lead conversion.
• Build new business through community outreach and local partnerships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline via calls, emails, text, and CRM.
• Promote memberships, referrals, and studio events to drive growth.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to hit targets.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and monitor KPIs.
