BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager to lead sales growth, daily operations, and a high-performing team across our boutique fitness brand. The role requires passion for wellness, strong leadership, and a talent for building a welcoming community.

You will drive membership growth, recruit and coach staff, and foster partnerships to expand local presence while ensuring an exceptional member experience and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled at generating leads through events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills in person and digitally.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process and hitting monthly revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team focused on connection and accountability.
• Foster local community through grassroots marketing and partnerships.
• Create meaningful member experiences via authentic relationships and referrals.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming studio environment per BODYBAR standards.
• Oversee retail operations with stock and merchandising aligned to brand.
• Stay organized behind the scenes with inventory and studio supplies.
• Engage with members before and after class to build a community.
