Lead the Experience. Inspire the Team. Grow the Business.

About the Opportunity

At Reforming Foundations Pilates & Wellness, we believe Pilates is more than movement—it's about building strength, confidence, connection, and a community where people feel empowered to become their best selves.

We are seeking an energetic, business-minded, and results-driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, elevate the client experience, and drive continued growth across our studio locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader who is passionate about wellness and understands what it takes to build a successful business.

Our ideal candidate combines exceptional people skills with a strong operational and financial mindset. We want someone who takes initiative, leads with confidence, embraces accountability, and knows how to turn opportunities into measurable results.

This isn't just about managing a Pilates studio. It's about taking ownership of its success.

What You'll Do

Studio Operations & Leadership

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional studio environment where operations run smoothly, employees feel supported, and clients receive a consistent, premium experience.

  • Oversee daily operations across studio locations, maintaining exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and client service.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the client experience team and cleaning staff.

  • Coordinate instructor availability, scheduling, time-off requests, and coverage to ensure efficient studio operations.

  • Maintain an active leadership presence at each studio, including approximately two days per week at each designated location.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, supplies, inventory, and facility improvement projects.

  • Develop and improve operational processes that increase efficiency, accountability, and consistency.

  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions proactively.

  • Communicate business opportunities, operational risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Membership Growth & Revenue Generation

You will play a key role in growing the Reforming Foundations community while ensuring the long-term financial success of our studios.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase memberships, recurring revenue, and overall studio profitability.

  • Drive new membership sales through introductory offers, consultations, tours, and personalized follow-up.

  • Lead initiatives to convert prospective clients and trial participants into long-term members.

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through membership upgrades, private sessions, workshops, retail sales, and speciality programs.

  • Implement promotional campaigns, referral programs, and targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with leadership on membership reactivation and win-back campaigns.

  • Evaluate class attendance and utilization to maximize studio capacity and revenue opportunities.

  • Establish sales goals, monitor results, and coach the client experience team to improve performance.

Key Performance Goals

  • Target 10–15% membership growth over a six-month period.

  • Maintain a 40–50% introductory offer-to-membership conversion rate.

  • Demonstrate consistent month-over-month progress toward revenue and membership goals.

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue per member through additional services and offerings.

Client Experience & Retention

We believe an exceptional client experience is the foundation of a thriving Pilates community.

  • Create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging atmosphere where every client feels valued.

  • Build meaningful relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Develop personalized follow-up strategies to strengthen member relationships.

  • Monitor expiring memberships, attendance patterns, and cancellation trends to proactively improve retention.

  • Coordinate client appreciation events, workshops, wellness experiences, and community initiatives.

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals.

  • Oversee social media engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Key Performance Goals

  • Maintain a monthly membership retention rate of 90% or greater.

  • Implement proactive outreach strategies for members at risk of cancellation.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

  • Support consistent growth in referrals, positive reviews, and community engagement.

  • Maintain consistent staffing coverage and minimize preventable scheduling disruptions.

  • Establish clear individual performance expectations and accountability.

  • Support a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.

Financial Management & Business Performance

We are looking for a manager who understands that a successful studio requires both an outstanding client experience and strong financial performance.

  • Monitor studio revenue, expenses, payroll efficiency, and operating budgets.

  • Analyze membership trends, class utilization, instructor costs, and overall profitability.

  • Review performance reports and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

  • Manage inventory and supplies while maintaining responsible spending practices.
