Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager in the Fort Worth/Plano area to lead membership sales and daily operations, building a motivated team and delivering a standout client experience. You will foster relationships in the local community and drive retention and growth across studios.

The role requires a proven leader with sales and management experience, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to motivate both employees and clients to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with targets met.
• Proven track record of developing employees and improving performance.
• History of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Ability to generate leads via community events and referrals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead membership sales, client engagement, and retention efforts.

• Monitor business results and implement plans to improve performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.


• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.


• Demonstrated success developing employees and improving team performance.


• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.


• Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
