Ft. Worth Pilates Studio is seeking a Studio Manager to lead membership sales, operations, and a high-performing team. You will build strong client relationships and drive an outstanding studio experience within the Fort Worth community.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, sales experience in health/wellness, and the ability to motivate both staff and clients to meet and exceed goals. This is a confidential search for a local Pilates studio with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with targets.
• Proven success developing employees and boosting performance.
• Consistently exceeds sales goals and quotas.
• Generate leads via events, partnerships, referrals.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a high service standard.
• Lead membership sales, client engagement, and retention efforts.
• Set performance expectations and help the team meet goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and coach staff.
• Monitor business results and implement improvement plans.
• Develop relationships with neighboring businesses and community groups.
• Coordinate local events, partnerships, referrals, and promotions.

• Manage administrative duties, supplies, and inventory.
