BODYBAR Pilates - Ahwatukee seeks an experienced Fitness Manager to lead a dynamic studio team and deliver signature BODYBAR sessions. You will mentor instructors, manage programming, and build a thriving community that aligns with the BODYBAR Method.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in fitness with leadership experience, plus a passion for connection, client experience, and growth. This role offers a path to leadership within a fast-growing brand and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more: a degree in Exercise Science or related field, accredited personal training or group fitness certification, or a 500-hour Pilates certification.
• Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Confident using Google Workspace and quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week.
• Lead with a service-first mindset to create standout member experiences.
• Build a high-performing instructor team by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting talent.
• Collaborate on studio growth by partnering with leadership to drive sales and community outreach.
• Own the class schedule by building and managing the lineup to meet client demand.
• Drive performance through data by tracking KPIs to inform decisions.
• Oversee equipment readiness by managing maintenance needs and coordinating repairs.
• Foster a strong studio culture by engaging with members before, during, and after class.
