Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy Instructor to deliver dynamic BODYBAR method workouts in our Fort Worth studio. You will lead form-focused sessions, motivate members, and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that keeps clients returning.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will manage your schedule, guide participants with expert cues, and support members with policies and promotions. Training sponsorship is available after completing the Instructor Training Program and

Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred)
• Complete and pass BODYBAR's Instructor Training Program
• CPR & AED Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador—live the mission and energize every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method for all fitness levels.
• Provide expert cues to keep members safe, aligned, and confident in movements.
• Offer clear, upbeat support to members on modifications, policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and coordinate subs to ensure excellent member experience.
• Build community by engaging with members before, during, and after class.
