You will coach movements, ensure safety, and tailor workouts to individual capabilities while promoting a welcoming community. The role emphasizes ongoing education, strong communication, and professional presentation in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Pilates knowledge focused on reformer principles, anatomy, biomechanics and movement quality.
• Excellent verbal cueing and coaching skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
• Ability to modify and progress exercises for diverse fitness levels.
• Create welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Pilates Reformer classes for all levels.
• Coach proper technique, breathing, and alignment.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying abilities and injuries.
• Build relationships with members and foster community.
