EōS Fitness in Houston is seeking a passionate Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead dynamic classes, coach proper technique, and deliver exceptional member service in a boutique studio setting. You will tailor progressions for varied fitness levels, maintain equipment and safety, and help members build strength, mobility, and confidence through engaging programming.

Ideal candidates hold current Pilates certification and CPR/AED, with experience teaching group and private sessions; we value

Qualifications

• Passion for Pilates and movement education.
• Ability to modify exercises for diverse fitness levels.
• Excellent verbal cueing and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, biomechanics.
• Customer-service mindset and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Pilates Reformer classes for all levels.
• Demonstrate proper technique, alignment, breathing, movement.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying abilities.
• Create energetic, inclusive studio atmosphere.
• Build relationships with members and foster community.
• Arrive prepared and start/end classes on time.
• Monitor participant safety and stay aware throughout.
• Educate members on Pilates principles and benefits.
• Promote Pilates programming and events.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment presentation.
• Report incidents or injuries per procedures.
• Maintain all certifications and pursue ongoing education.
