You will create a welcoming studio environment that supports varied fitness levels and helps members build strength, mobility, and balance.

The ideal candidate knows Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement quality, can modify exercises for injuries, and is committed to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Exceptional member experience delivery required.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy and biomechanics.
• Ability to modify and progress exercises for diverse fitness levels.
• Excellent verbal cueing and coaching skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Pilates Reformer classes for all levels.
• Coach proper technique, alignment, breathing, and movement mechanics.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying abilities.
• Create an energetic, inclusive studio atmosphere.
• Build relationships with members and foster a sense of community.
• Arrive prepared and start/end classes on time.
• Monitor safety and report issues promptly.
• Promote Pilates programming and events.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment.
