Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Reformer Pilates instructor training with anatomy.
• Demonstrated ability to safely provide reformer-based Pilates instruction.
• Knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and movement safety.
• Ability to modify exercises for varying abilities.
• Experience with apparatus-based Pilates in group settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging Pilates instruction including classes and private sessions.
• Prepare organized classes per programming standards.
• Demonstrate safe use of reformer, weights, and equipment; adjust as needed.
• Check participant readiness and note injuries or limitations.
• Maintain studio safety, equipment inspection, and cleanliness.
• Record attendance and assist with member check-in.
