BODYBAR Pilates - Dallas is seeking a part-time Marketing and Events Coordinator to drive local brand awareness, manage social media content, and coordinate in-studio events. The role requires occasional weekend, early morning, and/or evening work, reporting to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities include social media planning, copywriting and design, local SEO, event planning, and building partnerships with local businesses to promote wellness and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media content creation, event coordination
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite and scheduling tools

Responsabilités

• Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Reels, Stories, and instructor spotlights.
• Copywriting and Design: Write engaging class/event descriptions, email newsletters, SMS campaigns, and design simple graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Local SEO & Reputation: Maintain accurate information on Google Business Profiles and local listings to boost search visibility.
• Promotional Collateral: Help design, print, and distribute in-studio signage, flyers, and retail promotional materials.
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, promote, and execute studio workshops, themed classes, brand-building pop-ups, and community tabling events.
• Partnerships & Networking: Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotions, influencer gifting, and community wellness events.
• On-Site Management: Oversee event setups, manage guest check-ins, coordinate vendor or speaker logistics, and troubleshoot live events.
• Lead Capturing: Engage attendees at community events to collect lead info and guide them toward intro-class bookings and founding memberships.
• Follow-Ups: Partner with the front desk/sales team to track event attendees and follow up with trial clients to convert them into package or membership buyers.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track event attendance, social media engagement rates, and lead-to-member conversion tracking spreadsheets or CRM tools
