Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to design and deliver personalized and group Pilates sessions, ensuring client goals are met with safe, professional guidance.

Responsibilities include program development, reformation-based instruction, and promoting wellness offerings while maintaining studio cleanliness and high member satisfaction. CPR/AED and Pilates certifications are required, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• Trained in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
• CPR and AED Certified
• Pilates program design experience
• 150-400 hours comprehensive Pilates certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety and motivation.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
