Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an energetic Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives within our studio. You will build relationships, deliver educational experiences, and uphold the Life Time Brand in every session.

You will design safe programs, teach private and group classes, monitor sessions for safety, and promote related fitness services while keeping certifications up to date. A HS diploma and Pilates trainer certification with CPR/AED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
