Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members by delivering high-quality private and group Pilates sessions. You will design safe, effective programs, screen new clients, and promote related fitness offerings while maintaining studio cleanliness and ongoing professional development. 

The role emphasizes safety, education, and member satisfaction within a dynamic fitness environment. Candidates should be CPR/AED certified and capable of coaching a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Pilates experience in program design and instruction.
• Able to demonstrate and adjust equipment safely.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions and ensures safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients and goal setting.
• Promotes Pilates training programs, classes, and personal training.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues.
