Job summary

Life Time is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering personalized and group classes and building strong relationships within the studio.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, supervising equipment use, conducting initial consultations, and promoting Pilates training alongside other group fitness offerings. Maintain studio cleanliness and stay current on certifications and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Pilates Trainer; CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness and Personal Training.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
