Club Pilates is seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our Montgomery area studio. The role emphasizes teaching group reformer classes with a variety of equipment, plus opportunities for private sessions and member engagement.

The ideal candidate should hold a full apparatus Pilates certification with 450 hours, have experience teaching groups, and be energetic, reliable, and customer-focused. This is an employee position with room for growth in a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications

• 450 hours of apparatus Pilates certification or equivalent
• Experience teaching group classes
• Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
• Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Punctual, reliable and dedicated
• Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
• Focus on customer service and professional communication
• Experience with club management software (e.g. Club Ready)

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards
• Instruct clients (up to 12 per class) with proper form on reformers and related equipment
• Conduct private, semi-private, or demo sessions as needed
• Visually inspect equipment before each class for safety and readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment
• Assist with membership sales and client check-ins
• Promote revenue through retail and services
• Inspire others to Do Pilates. Do Life.
