Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to deliver safe group and private classes across formats, upholding safety and Club Pilates standards while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires 450+ hours of Pilates education, strong communication, punctuality, and on-site availability at multiple Club Pilates studios. Prior reformer group experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pilates instruction at a high standard with safety focus.
• 450+ hours of Pilates education required, including mat, reformer, chair, springboard.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience teaching 6+ participants in apparatus-based group classes preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instruction for demo, group apparatus, private and semi-private classes.
• Ensure safe use of equipment (Reformer, ExoChair, TRX, etc.) and inspect gear before class.
• Maintain studio tidiness and return equipment to proper standards.
• Arrive early for scheduled classes and participate in studio promotions.
• Stay current with Club Pilates education standards and policies.
