Club Pilates is seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our team and grow with our expanding studio family. We offer balanced work with reformer-based routines, group classes, and a supportive environment for professional development.

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others improve health and fitness, can teach multiple levels, promote memberships, and work in a dynamic studio setting with modern equipment and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
Experience teaching group classes.
Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards.
Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) with proper form and safe methods on equipment.
Conducting private, semi-private, demo or other sessions as needed.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment.
Assisting with membership sales and checking clients in.
Building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales & services.
