Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Pilates Instructor to deliver safe, effective group reformer classes and uphold our teaching standards. You will foster a welcoming environment, instruct up to 12 clients per class, and occasionally run private or semi-private sessions. You’ll inspect equipment, keep the studio clean, and inspire members to Do Pilates.

Do Life. Requirements include a current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours, the ability to demonstrate effective group reformer

Qualifications

Experience teaching group classes
450-hour Pilates Certification (full apparatus)
Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
Reliable and punctual
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with club management software

Responsibilities

Provide Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards
Instruct up to 12 clients per class on Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair and more
Conduct private or semi-private sessions as needed
Visually inspect equipment before each class
Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment
