Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to provide safe, engaging group and private sessions. You will uphold the brand, demonstrate reformer and other apparatus, and ensure equipment safety before each class. Excellence in customer service and ongoing education are expected, with a focus on bringing memorable Pilates experiences to members.

You will mentor clients, maintain studio standards, and contribute to studio promotions and community events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 450 hours of Pilates certification with current apparatus instruction.
• CPR/AED training or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• As a Pilates Instructor, serve as a brand ambassador for Club Pilates and promote studio values.
• Understand benefits and differentiators of Club Pilates compared to other studios.
• Visually inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety.
• Provide Pilates instruction, including demo classes, group apparatus, and private/semi-private sessions.
• Lead up to 12 clients per class, ensuring proper form and safe equipment use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Club Pilates education standards.
• Be motivating and inspiring to create a positive studio atmosphere.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with every student.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in professional conduct.
• Keep the Pilates studio clean and organized; support studio operations as needed.
